• 3. Access to Ductwork: Is your ductwork exposed, or hidden behind drop tile ceilings? This helps us prepare for the job.
  
  
• 4. Furnace Location: We’ll ask where your furnace is located—whether it’s in a closet, attic, garage, or another area.
  
  
• 5. Home Layout: How many bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms do you have? Don’t forget to mention areas like the foyer, walk-in closets, or sunrooms where registers may be located.
  
  
• 6. Square Footage: Knowing your home’s square footage will help us estimate the scope of the cleaning. If you're unsure, you can typically find this information on most realtor websites.
